- How do I export or delete my diary?
- Settings → Your data. Export makes a readable copy you can share where you choose; “Delete everything” removes the diary, your settings and reminders from the phone. There is no cloud copy, so deletion cannot be undone.
- I moved to a new iPhone. Where is my diary?
- AION keeps your diary only on the phone you used, with no account. Export it on the old phone (Settings → Your data); import into the new one is coming in a later version.
- How are period dates predicted?
- From what you told AION (your last period and usual cycle length) until two periods are logged, then from your own recorded cycles. Every prediction is labelled as an estimate with a window of days. AION never predicts fertility and does not diagnose; if your cycle changes in a way that worries you, talk to a clinician.
- The reminder doesn't arrive.
- Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → AION, then Settings → Reminder inside AION. The reminder is local — it works without an internet connection. Good and Okay can be answered from the lock screen or Apple Watch once the phone is unlocked.
- What does AION read from Apple Health?
- Sleep, steps, active energy and resting heart rate, only if you allow it, and only to show them beside your check-ins. AION writes nothing to Health. Change access in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → AION.
- How do I manage or cancel AION Plus?
- iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AION. If you cancel during the free week you pay nothing. To restore a purchase on a new phone, open the plans screen and tap Restore purchase.
- How do I stop anonymous usage data?
- Settings → Privacy → turn off “Share anonymous usage data”. Nothing more is sent from that moment.
